F\u00fcr den Gastro-Gr\u00fcndertag 2015 haben wir zwar keine Wahrsager engagiert, daf\u00fcr aber Branchenkenner eingeladen, um den Food-Trends von morgen auf die Schliche zu kommen. Die vegane K\u00f6chin und Kochbuchautorin Sophia Hoffmann, Fachjournalist und Blogger Jan-Peter Wulf und Stefanie Rothenh\u00f6fer vom Food Entrepreneurs Club diskutierten inmitten der vertikalen G\u00e4rten von INFARM \u00fcber die Zukunft der Food-Szene. Zumindest wenn es nach <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sophia <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoffmann<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> geht. Die <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bloggerin <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">und vegane K\u00f6chin zeigte sich sichtlich angetan von dem gesunden und vielf\u00e4ltigen deutschen Fast Food. Die Stullen vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orderbird.com\/blog\/luisa-dlugay-gastro-gruenderpreis\/\">Stullenb\u00fcro<\/a> r\u00e4umte \u00fcbrigens auch <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">beim<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gastro-Gr\u00fcnderpreis<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a02015\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ordentlich ab. Von wegen schn\u00f6des Pausenbrot! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2><b> Superkr\u00e4fte mit Superfoods<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auch wenn die Superkr\u00e4fte der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stern.de\/wirtschaft\/superfoods--acai-beeren--chia-samen-und-goji-beeren-sind-gar-nicht-so-super-6424094.html\">Acai-Beeren, Chia-Samen und Goji-Beeren wissenschaftlich angezweifelt<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0werden, liegen Superfoods weiterhin im Trend. Ob Placebo-Effekt oder nicht \u2013 Laut den Experten geh\u00f6ren die Wunderbeeren auch 2016 wieder in die Sch\u00fcsseln und Entsafter. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2><b> Unzertrennliches Duo: Essen und Trinken <\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eine Weinempfehlung sollte jedem guten Kellner leicht von den Lippen gehen. Aber ein ganzes Konzept aus Essen und Trinken? Das verlangt Know-How und Kreativit\u00e4t. \u201cGastronomen sollten Essen und Trinken mehr zusammendenken\u201d, ermutigt der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nomyblog.de\/\">nomyblog<\/a>-Gr\u00fcnder\u00a0Jan-Peter Wulf die Gastronomen. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h2><b>Streetfood weiterhin im Trend<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aus England schwappte der Streetfood-Trend zu uns her\u00fcber und schl\u00e4gt weiterhin gro\u00dfe Wellen. Wer braucht schon Sitzpl\u00e4tze, wenn er Essen aus der ganzen Welt haben kann? G\u00e4ste lieben die kurzen Laufwege auf den Berliner Streetfood M\u00e4rkten und werden auch 2016 nicht genug davon bekommen.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h2><b>Essen mit reinem Gewissen<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sophia Hoffmann brachte es <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">k\u00fcrzlich<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> im <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interview<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> auf den Punkt: \u201cVegane Ern\u00e4hrung ist kein Trend, sondern eine Entwicklung.\u201d Trotzdem betonten die Experten auf dem Gastro-Gr\u00fcndertag, dass regionales Bio-Essen auch weiterhin\u00a0Aufwind bekommt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trotz aller Vorhersagen mahnen die Szenekenner zur Vorsicht: Nicht jeder Trend ist ein langlebiger Erfolgsgarant und ein gastronomisches Konzept muss gut durchdacht werden. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appetit auf mehr? Der Gastro-Gr\u00fcndertag fand am 28. September 2015 zum ersten Mal in Berlin statt. Er soll ein Fachforum f\u00fcr Gastronomen, Gr\u00fcnder und alle Food-Interessierten bieten. Zugleich l\u00e4utet er die Preisverleihung vom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gastro-gruenderpreis.de\/\">Gastro-Gr\u00fcnderpreis<\/a> auf der Berlin Food Night ein. Veranstaltet wurde der Gastro-Gr\u00fcndertag vom Gastro-Gr\u00fcnderpreis, von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orderbird.com\/de\/\">orderbird<\/a>, dem Nr. 1 iPad-Kassensystem f\u00fcr die Gastronomie, und
