Umso stolzer sind wir, wenn am Ende ein erfolgreicher Gastro-Betrieb aus der Umbauasche aufersteht. So auch bei Jonathan Beruk in Frankfurt. Jonathan, besser bekannt als Johnny, hat im Frankfurter Bankenviertel eine alte Bank in eine hippe Bar verwandelt. Daf\u00fcr ersetzte er die spie\u00dfige Einheitseinrichtung durch modernes, minimalistisches Design. Lediglich die alten Tresore deuten noch auf die Geschichte des Geb\u00e4udes hin. Statt Gold und Geld besch\u00fctzen sie mittlerweile aber die Spirituosen-Sch\u00e4tze der Frankfurter Bar. Wir haben das <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jessejames.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jesse James<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> besucht und uns mit Restaurantleiter Johnny \u00fcber seine Erfahrungen mit <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orderbird.com\/de\/ipad-kassensystem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orderbird<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ausgetauscht. <\/span><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><b>Johnny, seit Anfang 2015 leitest Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Gesch\u00e4ftsparter das Jesse James. Welche Motivation steckte hinter Eurer Gr\u00fcndung? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unser Ziel war es diese Region zu beleben. Der Osten in Frankfurt war bisher eher ruhig. Hier wollten wir eine neue Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Bankiers\u00a0und B\u00fcroleute schaffen und diese gem\u00fctlich gestalten. Das Jesse James er\u00f6ffneten wir dann schlie\u00dflich\u00a0in der Hanauer Landstra\u00dfe, mitten im Frankfurter Bankenviertel. Alles hat aus Spa\u00df angefangen hat, wurde dann immer intensiver und jetzt haben wir unsere gemeinsame Vision umgesetzt. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Welche Vision steckt denn genau hinter dem Jesse James? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neben kulinarischen Speisen und ausgefallenen Drinks wollen wir unseren G\u00e4sten zus\u00e4tzlich Unterhaltung bieten. Deshalb laden wir regelm\u00e4\u00dfig verschiedene K\u00fcnstler ein \u2013 von Musikern, T\u00e4nzern bis hin zu Zauberern! Im Jesse James soll der Gast einfach vom Alltagsstress untertauchen k\u00f6nnen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/f-HSVEa444A?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" gesture=\"media\" allow=\"encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Im Videodreh mit orderbird f\u00fchrt Jonathan seine Lieblingsfunktionen von orderbird vor<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h2><b>Wieso habt ihr Euch dazu entschieden, im Jesse James mit orderbird zu arbeiten?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orderbird ist sehr einfach zu handhaben. Jeder kann mit dem iPad oder iPhone umgehen. Das war f\u00fcr uns der ausschlaggebende Punkt, denn wir wollen unseren Mitarbeitern den Ablauf so einfach wie m\u00f6glich gestalten. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Wie sehen Eure Prozesse genau aus? Wieviele Ger\u00e4te braucht ihr, um Eure G\u00e4ste optimal zu bedienen? <\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir betreiben ein ganzt\u00e4giges Konzept, also sprich von morgens Kaffee, Mittagstisch bis hin zum Barbetrieb am Abend. Deshalb haben wir auch mehrere Stationen, an denen die Mitarbeiter bonieren und jederzeit auf die Kasse zugreifen k\u00f6nnen. Momentan arbeiten wir dazu mit drei iPads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich pers\u00f6nlich arbeite dazu mit einem iPhone. So kann ich die Kasse auch mobil nutzen, Bestellungen direkt am Tisch aufnehmen und auch Kartenzahlungen entgegennehmen. Au\u00dferdem kann ich die Bestellungen direkt vom Tisch an den Barmann oder an die K\u00fcche abgeben. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Und zuletzt: Was ist deine Lieblingsfunktion von orderbird?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meine Lieblingsfunktion ist die Funktion \u201cSchicht verlassen\u201d. Das symbolisiert mir, dass wir mit dem Arbeitstag am Ende sind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ihr seid neugierig auf das Jesse James geworden?
