Kaffee schwarz und bitter? Kann jeder! Dabei kann Kaffee geschmacklich so verdammt sexy sein. Aber was musst Du daf\u00fcr tun?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wusstest Du, dass in der Kaffeebohne mehr chemische Geschmacksverbindungen enthalten sind als in Wein? Okay, diese Tatsache l\u00e4sst Kaffee nicht unbedingt sexy klingen!\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn Du Dich als Gastronom aber fragst, welches Attribut einen guten Kaffee zutreffend beschreibt, dann k\u00f6nnte ich antworten: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Unerwartet<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gut! <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Unsere Mission: Unerwartet guter Spezialit\u00e4tenkaffee<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaffee braucht Aufmerksamkeit beim Anbau, der R\u00f6stung, der Zubereitung und nicht zuletzt beim Konsum. Im Fall von Kaffee machen wir bei der Berlin School of Coffee keine Gefangenen. Unser Mission Statement ist Spezialit\u00e4tenkaffee. Kaffee ist wichtig, da er zunehmend au\u00dfer Haus in Gastronomien konsumiert wird. Er kann f\u00fcr einen Gastronomen ein echter Umsatz-Boost sein, weil die Gewinnspanne bei Kaffee hoch ist. Daf\u00fcr muss die Qualit\u00e4t stimmen. Das Ganze geht aber nur, wenn Du als Gastronom das Thema ernst nimmst. Alles steht und f\u00e4llt mit der richtigen Arbeitsmethodik. Und auf methodischer Basis kann man einen Barista schon nach drei Tagen auf die G\u00e4ste mit gutem Gewissen loslassen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein schlechter Kaffee hingegen kann extrem niederschmetternd sein, wenn er Deine Erwartungshaltung, aus welchen Gr\u00fcnden auch immer, entt\u00e4uscht. Ein guter Kaffee bringt ein hohes Ma\u00df an S\u00fc\u00dfe und Fruchts\u00e4ure mit. Er kann dich geschmacklich total euphorisieren, wenn du klare Noten von Jasmin, Mango, Honigmelone, Rhabarber und Milchschokolade wahrnimmst.
