Your tasks

  • You will help to unify, extend and optimize our automated communication with our customers (from the first contact to the recovery e-mail), for example through A/B tests and automatic e-mails.
  • You are responsible for measuring and optimizing e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp communication.
  • You work across departments and are therefore the link between all departments for automated communication.
  • You keep track of the entire customer journey and identify potentials for optimizing conversion rates and upselling.

Your skills

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience with a background in email marketing, marketing automation or CRM.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage
  • You've already used CRM or email tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Campaign Monitor, NetSuite, HubSpot
  • You have a good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
