You will coach, mentor, develop and inspire 7-10 Software Engineers
You will help to develop and to evangelize great engineering practices in our team
Facilitating collaboration, communication and decision making
You work closely with Product Owners and other departments
You have 3+ years of experience in managing engineers and cross-functional software development teams
You are able to quickly build trustful relationships with your team
You are an empathetic person and can put yourself in the shoes of others
You have demonstrated project management experience and skills
You are a good recruiter and you have experience bringing new starters up to speed
Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written (German not required but helpful)
