Your tasks

  • Lead a great HR team (one HR Manager and one Recruiting Manager) 

  • Own all core HR processes - i.e. recruiting, employee onboarding, training, performance management and organisational planning

  • Work closely with C-level to establish a people strategy and an overall people vision

  • Establish state of the art recruitment processes & talent management

  • Closely collaborate with all leads to bring leadership @orderbird to the next level 

  • Build up an employer brand that attracts top talents 

  • Define and promote company culture with our leadership team

Your skills

  • Several years of professional experience

  • Several years of generalist Human Resources experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a leading role are highly desired

  • You are experienced in setting up learning and development initiatives for employee growth and you know how to set up an excellent talent management

  • You have experience in defining and setting up core HR processes in an agile environment

  • You love what you do and are passionate about people, talent management, company culture and you are always up to date when it comes to HR best practices

  • Prior experience in a Tech company and/or a very dynamic environment is highly desired

  • Good knowledge base of German labour law

  • Fluency in German and English
