orderbird is now part of The Nexi Group

Over the past twelve years, orderbird AG has developed into a market leader for cloud POS systems in Europe with special focus on independent restaurants and other neighborhood businesses. Today, more than 17,000 customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France place their trust in us for their business-critical software.

In order to work even harder for our mission to make neighborhood businesses more successful, we have now joined forces with the Nexi Group, the leading European PayTech. Nexi is no stranger to us: Their subsidiary Concardis has been supporting orderbird as an investor and partner since 2014.

What does this mean for the future?

As orderbird AG, we remain an independent company with the same team and the same management, but plan to grow even stronger as part of the Nexi family. With the acquisition by Nexi, we have the opportunity to further develop our cloud POS systems as well as additional software and payment solutions to simplify the everyday business of tens of thousands of restaurateurs, retailers and service providers also in the future.
