§ 3 Object and conclusion of my.orderbird FREE and my.orderbird PRO (monthly contract term)
You may find the essential characteristics of the services we provide in the service description on page Service Descriptions. As new customer you initiate the order process for my.orderbird FREE and for the monthly my.orderbird PRO services by clicking on the button "Register free of charge" under the URL "my.orderbird.com". To do so, please enter the name of your restaurant, city, your e-mail address, and a password of your choice on the following page and check the box to confirm that you have read and agree with our GTC and that you have read the data protection notice and the service description; then please click on "Continue" to go to the order. After this you will have access to our my.orderbird FREE service.
If you already are a registered customer, please enter your e-mail address and your password under "Login" and click on the "Login" button.
In order to acquire the my.orderbird PRO service (monthly contract), please follow the "Settings" link on the left side and then on the "License" button and enter your banking information. Please check the box to indicate that you issue the SEPA mandate and click on "Continue". After you have controlled and corrected your information on the following page, follow the "Acquire my.orderbird PRO (monthly contract)" link to complete the order process. We will then send an e-mail to the address you have provided with a confirmation. After we verify your information, we will send you a second e-mail with a link which you can use to activate your account. The contract is concluded when you receive this second e-mail.
§ 4 Correction of entry errors
During the order process, the customer receives a summary of the data he has submitted before the he submits the contract declaration in order to be able to check for possible entry errors. Should there be an error he can correct entries by clicking on the "Edit” link at the end of the page.
§ 5 Payment
The "my.orderbird FREE" service is free of charge. Payment for the my.orderbird PRO (monthly contract) service can be made via direct debit or money transfers. If you choose the payment method "direct debit", the due monthly payment is collected from the customer account within three days after contract conclusion and then three days after the start of a respective new usage period, starting with the second usage period. Payments per "money transfer" must be made within three days after contract conclusion and/or the third day of the new usage period, starting with the second usage period.
§ 6 Language and contract text
The language available for contract conclusion is German and English. We save the contract text after the contract is concluded, however it is not accessible to the customer. If you desire to have the text, we ask you to save it yourself during the order process.
