§ 1 Usage data
Access data are stored in a log file for every user access to a page in our selection and every call to a file stored in out internet presence. Every data set consist of: the page from which the file was requested, the name of the file, the date and time of request, the data quantity transferred, the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.), a description of the type of OS and web browser, the client IP address.
The client IP address is used for the purpose of transferring the requested data; after lapse of its technical necessity, it is anonymized by erasing the last of the four number blocks (Ipv4) or the last octet (Ipv6) unless the IP address serves for verification of the identity of a customer during a goods or services order; § 2 then applies. At the same time, the client-IP address is recorded for use of the Google Analytics service; we refer to § 3 for more details.
The stored data are analyzed exclusively for statistical purposes. The data is not provided to third parties for commercial or non-commercial uses.
§ 2 Existing data
Existing data (name, address(es), banking information, e-mail address, phone or fax number, client IP address at the time a customer order is submitted) are generated, stored, and processed solely for the purpose of contract conclusion or implementation, which in particular includes invoicing and contract implementation. You personal data are only disclosed to third parties if this is necessary to implement the contract, for instance when using a shipping company. Any other use takes place only with your prior express consent.
§ 3 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and facilitate the analysis of website usage. All information created by the cookie concerning your use of this website is generally transmitted to a server of Google in the US and stored there. As IP anonymization is activated on this web site, Google first abbreviates your IP address within the member states of the European Union or in other states that have signed to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptions is the full IP address transferred to a
Google server in the US and then abbreviated there. At behest of the operator of this web site, Google uses this information in order to analyze your use of the web site, create reports about website activity, and in order to provide other services to the web site operator connected to website and internet use. The IP address transferred from your browser as part of Google Analytics is not joined with other data of Google.
You may prevent the storage of cookies by changing the respective preferences in your browser; we would like to point out, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to the full extent. In addition, you may also prevent the collection of the data created by the cookie that refers to your use of the web site (incl. your IP address) to Google and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link.
§ 4 Google +, Facebook, Twitter interfaces
We only use deactivated buttons of the social networks Google +, Facebook, and Twitter. This means that no data are transferred to these networks. You make the decision to activate them by clicking on the buttons and creating a connection to the servers of the social media platform operators and thus transfer data to the servers of the social media as defined in the agreement concluded between you and the social network. Learn more about type, purpose, and extent of data collection and use in the corresponding data protection declarations of the social media operators.
After clicking on the button a second time you can send your recommendation to the social networks. If you would like to recommend several pages, you need to provide your consent on each page. If you would like the social network to have permanent access to your data you can activate the buttons permanently. To do so, check the corresponding box under the gear icon. This results in the selected button being activated at all times. You can also withdraw your consent again later using the gear icon and deactivate the buttons.
The users of the web site have the right to receive free information upon request about their stored personal data. In addition, according to legal regulations, they have the right to correct, block, and delete this personal data.
