   The "Kitchen Display" application is aimed exclusively at businesses. orderbird is not obliged and not willing to take part in consumer arbitration proceedings.

2. Privacy policy for the "Kitchen Display" app

   The Kitchen Display is a supplementary application within the orderbird system that you already use as a customer. The order data shown to you in the kitchen is processed in the orderbird system, as is already the case anyway for your use of the orderbird POS software. The Kitchen Display merely presents this data on an additional device and does not establish any processing beyond that.

   
   The data protection notices and the provisions on data processing from your existing contractual relationship with orderbird apply to the processing of this order data, available at www.orderbird.com/en/privacy. There you will find the details of the legal bases, of your rights as a data subject and of the competent supervisory authority.

   
   In principle you can download the app like any other from the app stores. However, you can only use it productively if you are already an orderbird customer, because you have to log in with your valid orderbird access data. As long as you have not logged in, the app only shows you a login screen. In this state orderbird does not process any personal data about you via the app. Beyond the login, orderbird does not process any personal data about you through the app.

   
   The app is provided via Apple's App Store and via Google Play. orderbird has no influence on the data processing by these platform operators.
   

3. Supplementary notes on using the "Kitchen Display" app

   
   These notes supplement the General Terms and Conditions and your existing contract with orderbird. In all other respects the GTC apply, which you can find at www.orderbird.com/en/terms . In the event of contradictions, the provisions of your main contract take precedence.

   
   Downloading the app from the app stores does not yet establish a contractual relationship with orderbird and does not in itself enable you to use it.

   
   The app is intended exclusively for you as an existing orderbird customer. You can only use it productively if you have an existing contractual relationship and log in with your valid orderbird access data. As long as no contractual relationship exists, the app remains without any usable function for you.

   
   The contract for the use of the app is exclusively between you and orderbird. Apple and Google are not parties to the contract. orderbird alone is responsible for providing the app and for support.

   
   To use the app you need suitable devices, a supported operating system and a working network and internet connection. These requirements are your responsibility. To use it, you log in with your existing access data so that the app can connect to your POS and ordering system. You are responsible for the security of the devices used in your business and for handling your access data carefully.

   
   orderbird may update and further develop the app. A current, supported version may be required in order to use it. Support for older versions may be discontinued.
